The drone is coming together. The dock is coming together. And now... the app is too.

Here’s your first real look at the GEO-SWARM mobile app, the control center that ties the entire system together. Our partners over at HYFIX have been actively testing it alongside GEO-SWARM hardware in real flight conditions, and what you’re seeing below is the actual interface, utilizing our RTK network.

Here’s what the app does:

Device Dashboard — Before every mission, you get a full system overview in one screen. Battery level, GNSS status, dock temperature, video link quality, network speed, cover status — everything you need to confirm the system is ready before you fly.

Mission History — Every completed mission is logged automatically — name, date, photos and videos captured, waypoints, flight duration, and total distance. Easy to compare recurring flights and keep a clean record of completed work.

Photo & Video Library — All media from every mission is organized, previewed, and downloadable in one place. Individual files or the full batch — your choice.

Waypoint Mission Planning — Draw your route directly on the map. Set altitude, distance, waypoints, and configure automatic photo and video capture throughout the flight. Perfect for repeatable missions like perimeter checks, property monitoring, infrastructure inspections, and site surveys.

Live Flight View — Once airborne, you get a real-time camera feed alongside every critical flight stat: battery, altitude, speed, GNSS satellite count, recording status, storage remaining, and camera settings. The drone’s position is tracked on a live map the entire time.

This is the GEO-SWARM experience coming together as one connected system: drone, dock, and software. Testing is ongoing and HYFIX is continuing to refine the interface based on real-world hardware feedback. More updates coming soon.

GIP-13: StableHex — NOW LIVE!

GIP-13 passed and StableHex is live. If you haven’t checked whether your station qualifies — or whether there’s an open spot near you — now is the time.

Here’s how the tiers work:

• 6x — Remote areas with zero existing coverage (200 spots)

• 4x — Areas with weak coverage (1,000 spots)

• 2x — Areas needing reinforcement (2,000 spots)

To claim a spot, your station needs a 7-day uptime of ≥98%. Once you’re in, your base reward pays out daily as normal — the bonus multiplier is held and released at the end of each 30-day period based on your uptime. Hit 99.5%+ and you get the full bonus. GEO-PULSE Mock Location on Android: Make More Apps More Accurate

You’ve seen it. You’re in a city, you open Google Maps, and your blue dot is just… drifting. Floating across the screen. Jumping from one side of the street to the other for no reason. One of the highlights of our week at XPONENTIAL in Detroit had nothing to do with enterprise sales or investor meetings.

GEODNET sponsored Sigma Six, a high school robotics team from Navarre, FL, competing in the Drones In School national championship held this year at XPONENTIAL. The team designed, 3D printed, and assembled their own FPV drone from the ground up.

They walked away with 1st place in the Capture the Flag competition and 4th place overall out of teams from across the country.

Watching a group of high schoolers compete at a professional autonomy conference, with hardware they built themselves, was genuinely one of the best things we saw all week. The team at HYFIX has been heads-down on the next generation of GEO-SWARM, and here’s where things stand:

A Lighter, Tougher Docking Station: They’re finalizing a completely redesigned dock, targeting completion by end of April. The new station targets ~10 kg — a major reduction from the previous design — while remaining fully weatherproof and field-ready. It’s also significantly smaller (41 × 38 × 29 cm vs. the previous 54.2 × 47.0 × 42.0 cm), making installation, relocation, and deployment noticeably easier. A new self-aligning motor ensures the drone lands and seats precisely every time — fully hands-free.

Built-In Weather Intelligence: The new dock includes onboard rain and wind sensors. GEO-SWARM can now make real-time, automated flight decisions — delaying patrols, aborting missions, or returning to dock when conditions aren’t safe. Better hardware protection, more reliable autonomy.

Optional Remote Data Link Antenna: For operators needing extended range or deploying in areas with limited connectivity, we’re introducing an optional remote data link antenna. Full specs and pricing coming as the design is finalized.

Q1: I sent GEOD from my wallet, but it didn’t appear in the app. What should I do?

• If the GEOD does not show up in your app account immediately after a recharge, don’t worry. Our system will automatically detect the transaction within 24 hours and deposit the GEOD into your app account. In some cases, you may need to wait up to 24 hours for the top-up to be completed.

Q2: Why is my X verification still pending?

• Due to a high volume of automated and inauthentic activity, we are currently conducting stricter backend verification. Distribution to eligible users is underway and is expected to be completed within 3–5 days. Because the process includes some manual steps, delays may occur.

• In addition, we are working on a new social program that will allow real users who maintain follower status on X to receive exclusive access to daily free chests and additional reward chests.

• Thank you for your patience and understanding as we take these steps to protect the integrity of the ecosystem. We truly appreciate your continued support.

• First, check that there are no other NFTs already present in your hex. If you previously earned an NFT and later changed your wallet, you will need to transfer the NFT to your current console wallet.
